# Do you provide grants or work with grant funding?

## We don’t offer grants or carry out grant-funded work ourselves. However, you can explore funding through a lifetime mortgage or apply for a Disability Facilities Grant (DFG) via your local council.

We don’t offer any grants ourselves, and we don’t carry out grant-funded work directly.

However, many of our customers choose to fund their new bathroom using a **lifetime mortgage**, which allows homeowners aged 55+ to release tax-free funds from the value of their home to pay for adaptations like walk-in showers or wet rooms.

If you’re exploring funding options, a lifetime mortgage can be a flexible alternative to Disability Facilities Grants (DFG), which often involve strict eligibility criteria, limited choices, and long waiting times.

You can apply for a lifetime mortgage at [https://agecare-bathrooms.co.uk/disability-bathroom-grants/](https://agecare-bathrooms.co.uk/disability-bathroom-grants/), or contact your local council to find out if you’re eligible for a DFG.
