# I Can't Sign My Forms Online, Can I Post Them To You?

## Yes, if you can’t sign your forms online, you can post them to us, or we can collect them in person. We can even send you printed copies to make it as easy as possible.

Absolutely, if you’re unable to sign your forms online, there’s no need to worry. We want to make things as simple and stress-free as possible for you.

If you’d prefer to handle things by post, just let us know. We’re more than happy to print out your forms and send them to you in the post. All you need to do is sign them and send them back to us in the pre-addressed envelope we provide.

Alternatively, if you’d rather not post them, you can simply hand the completed forms to our installation team when they visit your home, and we’ll take care of everything from there.

If you have any questions or need help at any stage, our friendly team is always here to support you, whether over the phone or in person. Just give us a call on 0800 999 8994 to arrange the best option for you.

Whatever you choose, we’ll make sure the process is as convenient and straightforward as possible.
