Now that you’ve had your walk-in bath installed, you can relax knowing you’re fully protected with a range of warranties and guarantees:

Lifetime warranty on the door seal: If your door seal ever needs replacing, this will be done free of charge for as long as you own your bath.

5-year warranty on structural parts: The main bath shell, panels, glass doors, and shower screens are covered for five years against manufacturing defects.

2-year warranty on operational parts: This includes seats, taps, electrical components, handles, controls, and other moving parts—covered for two years.
These warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are valid as long as the bath has been installed and used correctly.
You also have a 1-year workmanship guarantee from Age Care Bathrooms. If you experience any problems with the installation itself in the first year, just let us know—we’ll return to fix it at no extra cost.
