Why does my quote not show individual prices for each item?

We provide one all‑inclusive price rather than individual item costs to protect your VAT exemption. When your bathroom is supplied and installed as a complete service, the whole project can qualify for VAT exemption, keeping your overall price lower. If we broke the quote down, some items would lose this exemption and your total cost would increase. That’s why our system doesn’t allow itemised quotes — it ensures you get the best value for your new bathroom.

We understand that it might feel natural to want to see a breakdown of each part of your bathroom quote. However, our system is set up to provide a single, all‑inclusive price rather than individual line‑by‑line costs — and there’s a very important reason for this.

When we design and install a full mobility bathroom as a complete service, the entire project can qualify for VAT exemption. This means you don’t have to pay VAT on your new bathroom, which keeps your overall cost much lower.

If we started breaking the quote into individual item prices (for example, the shower, the basin, the toilet, and so on), only certain items would remain VAT exempt, while others would need to be charged at the standard VAT rate. In almost every case, this would increase the total cost of your bathroom significantly.
