Will I always have a toilet during installation?
You’ll have a working toilet throughout your installation, except for a short 2–3 hour window while your new toilet is fitted. We’ll let you know in advance and keep any inconvenience to a minimum.
Yes—you’ll have access to a working toilet throughout nearly the entire installation process. We know how important this is, especially if you only have one bathroom at home. Our team will only need to disconnect your toilet for a short window—usually just 2 to 3 hours—while we remove the old toilet and fit the new one as part of your bathroom upgrade.
We’ll always let you know in advance exactly when this will happen, so you can plan accordingly and won’t be caught off guard. Our installers are experienced in keeping this part of the process as quick and efficient as possible. If you or anyone in your home has special requirements, please let us know—we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your needs, including scheduling the toilet swap at the most convenient time for you.
